Celia McGuinness is a disability rights trial attorney. She is a managing attorney at the Law Office of Paul Rein, a public interest law firm specializing in public access, as well as housing and employment discrimination.
A partial list of her experience and qualifications includes teaching at the University of San Francisco Law School and U.C. Hastings College of Law. Celia Has published articles in the “Hastings Women’s Law Journal,” “Interpretation” (a journal of political philosophy), and “California Lawyer Magazine.”
